PointPay FAQ
Is PointPay free?
Yes, PointPay is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is PointPay legit?
⚠️ Warning: Multiple users of PointPay have mentioned scam or fraud. Investigate thoroughly before using this app.
very good platform, day by day they make improvements so users can operate in the crypto market with ease and confidence, the support team is always ready to solve whatever problem you may be experiencing, so on top of that, everything is very reliable.
Installed a firebase
They installed a firebase on my phone
Scam platform
Beware of a scam. I’ve purchased 2000$ worth of BTC via MoonPay that has been deposit into PointPay. When I’ve tried to withdraw my coins outside of PointPay withdrawal went into pending state and support doesn’t respond to emails or tickets. Scam
SCAM-Beware!
Purchased tokens during the”pre-sale”. Not only did they lose almost all value when finally listed on an exchange but now I can’t even access my wallet. Multiple attempts to contact PointPay support have failed and the support email address now returns as “undeliverable”.
App down for unusual length of time
No users can access the app for nearly two weeks now. They claim it’s under review by Apple as PointPay updated the app to a new KYC vendor. But the problem is that theonly way to sell is throguh the app.
It feels shady. Apple and Google stores BOTH taking weeks to approve the app? And the price has been rising even more since this occurred. Almost like they purposely stopped selling ability in order to fraudulently increase the price of PXP for alterior motives.
I’ll change my review score if this proves to be false. Or they can prove it’s truly under review for two weeks by Apple. But not a minute earlier.
Scam
Total scam it let me buy bitcoin, and now it won’t let me send. It says it failed verification when there’s no reason at all when I did everything right, there’s no reason at all for it to fail verification. Don’t know how this app has good ratings. it’s a total scam now my money is locked.
Update::: worst experience with a crypto app in my life. Don’t use this garbage you’ve been warned.
Honey Pot of Crypto Apps.
Company is horrible and the app is even worse. Can’t even withdraw there own coin off the app. I would never trust anything over $50 dollars stored on this wallet. Definitely not a bank!!
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
They’ll steal your money, send it to a completely random wallet, and then string you on with customer support for over a month without any resolution. Honestly a complete scam
Can’t withdraw
Just installed it to buy BTC. And it won’t let me withdraw. Been getting the same error for 2 days. BTC stuck
