Scamming
Really aggressive return policy and not helpful support. I will not be using them again and I don’t think you should either. No wiggle room on returns and sent me the wrong product
Do not use this app or this website
do not shop from this store!!!! Purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter in her size for Christmas early December. The shoes are running big, sent them an email on December 26. No exchange and obviously no refund (which i do not want) . But they « regret the situation » . Please refrain purchasing for this app.
The authentication is trash
Don’t use the athentication trash I used a real pair Kobe I got from a shoe store and it said they were fake because of the midsole stitching
