Wont load

ay on my iPad and have been playing for months now. Yesterday, it just stopped loading. When I click on it, it doesn’t load and just goes back to my Home Screen. Should I delete, reinstall but will I lose all of my chips?

Complaint

I lost my funds again! I already won Four(4) rings but lost my millions. WHY???

Hard earned chips keep on disappearing

This happened to me twice. The first tim, I wrote their support and after 4 days they credited me back my chips. Today, when i logged in my chips disappeared again. Chips that i won after playing for weeks!!! This is really frustrating as there's the level that u have to maintain or else u will be relegated. But how can u maintain your level when your chips just disappear just like that. It seems app is unstable and their support is too slow to act on complaints. The industry board regulators should be informed about this. Write a review and your review wont go thru
