Stuck on loading screen after clicking yacht spin

When I finally got level 10 and clicked the yacht spin it suddenly freezes. I closed the app and open it again but i was just stuck at the loading screen. This is so frustrating since I was really enjoying the game then this kind of issue suddenly happened.

Even though iCloud syncing is on, somehow my progress disappeared when I uninstalled then installed the game.
