Playing on this casino is the worst experience I’ve had gambling online. Over the course of a few days and several deposits I’ve experienced game malfunctions, glitchy application behaviours and the absolute worst payouts on the casino games. Games failing to load, pages not loading, unresponsive games are a few of the constant issues plaguing this service. In terms of wins, there isn’t much. All casino games I played, on average I seen a return of $5 for every $100 wagered. To date this is the lowest return rate for any online casino I’ve ever played.

Terrible service. They accept deposit then hold the funds for poor security reasons. They have held 300$ with little to no communication during the holiday season. Dooooo. Not use them. Run. I am a vip with many casinos and never ever had an experience like this. Feels like ive been robbed

I was getting .60c a bet for a couple hours and accumulated about $200. Beside the spin button is a max option (60$) it did not give me the option to confirm the bet and before I knew it after 3 spins it said “inefficient funds”. Yes it was a miss click on my side but there shouldn’t be a max option if it does not ask to confirm. Tried contacting customer support no response

On the first day I made an account, I made a deposit. As soon as the deposit went through my account was immediately closed. How do I get my money back? Is pokerstars so desperate for money that they get people to deposit money and then close their accounts? I did provide the requested documents. Even sent a selfie holding my ID and still have not been contacted. How do I get my first deposit back now that PokerStars has closed my account and won’t reply to emails. First couple times works good. Then now they ask you to verified your account which you already did and no action done. They just love to take your money.
