Nowadays it’s very slow to use.. it is very difficult use

The application is user friendly with almost all details available nearest ps, emergency numbers and all. I would like to make it to your attention that for PCC certificate, it would be better if there was an option to download certificate just by providing (the application number and an otp for safety) in the app irrespctive of the online mode (akshaya centre or mobile app) by which the applicant applied for the certificate.

It’s showing error something went wrong, please try after some time

there is no option to select year 2024 .

Worst app not receiving OTP Messages

App and its functions are fantastic though not used any of the functionality yet in real, yes it is for emergencies. Wonderful and all the best to KPS, especially for the app team.

I am not able to select the police station.it is showing as no data found. Please do rectify it soon
