Polar Beat FAQ
Is Polar Beat free?
Yes, Polar Beat is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Polar Beat legit?
⚠️ The Polar Beat app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The Polar H10 is the best HR monitor, accurate and will store 1 training session where you do not have to have your phone/app in close proximity
Additionally, you can easily change the batttery. Highly recommend, great value for money
Fantastic!
Fantastic product and app.
Very happy!.
Awesome
Love this app. So simple to use but has the functionality to capture everything I need to track my ongoing fitness journey. Great work
Polar dev team! 💪
Used to work
Doesn’t work any more. Garbage!
Poorly coded, spontaneously deletes data
I wish I could give positive feedback for this app. Every positive - all of them - are drowned out by it’s massive collection of failings. The two most prominent, bar far, include 1) the inability of the application to recognize when I device is connected, often requiring a soft app kill and restart 2) spontaneous deleting data - prompting this review: no changes to my phone at all, I have been prompted to agree to allow my data (once again) to be absorbed and used at the discretion of this company - fine - but low and behold, all my previous data is now gone.
Never using these products ever again. What a waste of time and money.
Impossible to pair
Just bought new H10 chest strap. Impossible to pair and connect with iWatch and iPhone using Polar Beat app. Very disappointing. Where to now? Minimal installation instructions to solve this problem
Polar
Who was the genius who decided to have a red zone and a red line on the HR graph?
gone backwards
since the upgrade of the app. many sports have disappeared. rowing, bootcamp and others now just a basic sport list
my h10 is now not working well. need to re pair everytime. have replaced batteries, done everything needed. just doesnt work well. poor effort
Superb
Very responsive to changes in Hr, usable interface
It works, I suppose
I just want to see my heart rate now and over time using a h10 sensor. This app, and the entire polar ecosystem, seems more interested in sucking biographic data into their cloud services and on-selling me gimics, it’s very tedious.
I would much rather an app with no blog, no preset training regimes, none of these dumb features. Record the heart rate, show me the heart rate, let me export heart rate data for my own analysis. Everything else detracts.
