Polaroid Hi·Print

I have used the printer for some time now, but lately I have had some issues: the app keeps telling me that I need to refill the paper but I know that I printed fewer than 10 (5, 4 and 3). I restarted, took it out, put the things back, reinstalled the app, all those. Nothing works. It’s the 3rd cartridge it happened to and it’s frustrating, because it is pretty expensive. I messaged the contact center, no reply. I am very disappointed as I like this machine and app otherwise.

can i make stickers from my picture? Where is info how much paper is left?

Works perfectly. Easy to use. The app is fresh as avocado. Suggestion for devs: Rotating picture feature. Not just 90 degrees but for small angle tweaking.

Nice marketing but no customer support and awful relaunch.

Battery life could be better but no other complaints.

This is so awesome. I love the fact I can touch & go. Looking forward to see what else I can do with this

After trying install the latest firmware update, my printer can’t turn off and the app can’t recognize it. In my Bluetooth settings, it’s listed as being connected but the app is constantly searching for the printer. The only way I can turn off is by pressing the reset button (which doesn’t help with much else).

I got this for my daughter for Christmas 2024. Downloaded the app paired with Bluetooth and tried to update firmware. Every time I update the firmware it repeats the same message that I need to update the firmware. I’ve restarted printer, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and did this on two different phones. I get the same issue. I’m sure it’s great but the app is keeping me from Enjoying this printer.
