Takes you to an external website to report I witness and can’t report anonymously nor save details…… Have to keep refilling it up because forgot to attach photo

Doesn’t work with iOS
After login with SingPass, it hang. Why??
piss up a rope
completely broken, servers crash every couple of minutes, plug-ins either don't work or are often laggy and unresponsive. if you can't hire competent app developers what's the point of digitalising everything?
Useless app
Hard time logging in. Their webpage cannot apply PDL. Glitch on third “next” button. Download their app and still is a wrapper of their web page and I still stucked at third “next” button .
Can’t link to singpass.
This is a government app and yet no access to singpass login.
COP login is useless
The COP login cannot work even when SingPass login is successful. Frustrating.
App is lousy. News is not updated. No one is fixing the bug.
Keeps shutting down. Very unstable. Very frustrating.
No records of submission
Convenient but this is half-baked, practically it’s a wrapper (lazy or no budget), not proper app. Hopefully, This does NOT reflect the service quality. How to check the report that been submitted? Where and how to know about the case reported? What action has been taken… The date cannot be changed, need to cut and edit on notes, modified and paste back.
App got hacked
Someone hacked the Police App during Christmas Holidays
Poor Response
V poor service from our police IT !! 😱😱 OMG The App is not working for a long time ….. WTH your IT team is doing 😛😓
