Bro I’ve got this same message 10 times and because of it I’ve lost so much good equipment that’s taken me hours to get after the 6th time I deleted the game then redownloaded it but after the 10th time I snapped and deleted the game permanently.

Super Buggy

I’m really trying to like this game, but the bugs are making it impossible to play. My progress isn’t saving, I didn’t get my rewards from the event, and the ‘catch the criminal’ keeps forcing me to downgrade to lower level equipment. I unlocked the crime lab, only to later open the game with no crime lab or accumulated money. Its really frustrating and I’m close to just uninstalling it if these bugs aren’t fixed soon.

I have spent a bit of money let alone countless hours on this game. I had reached level 72 and was in the process of moving to the next city…. The game froze for more than 15 minutes. I closed it, opened and low and behold I’m starting the game ALL OVER AGAIN WITH NOTHING! I had many pets that were over 2k each… I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve written their support and absolutely NO RESPONSE. Not even a reply stating they received my inquiry. Don’t waste your time on this game.

Bug found

There’s a bug in the London prison event. I started the event and upgraded a couple of things. But when I closed the game I came back maybe 2-4 hours later, and the prison was fully upgraded. So I basically just have to let the game play and I’ll get all the rewards.

Broken events

Events are broken. Leave and come back later and all buildings are maxed but no rewards. Can’t even open todays event because it wants to upgrade a maxed room Edit… no dev response. The game doesn’t work after you play for a while. Exp for leveling up is ridiculous. Events have been broken for weeks but no response from devs. Stay away from this broken game
