Charged for the App AFTER it said that I had already purchased it and asked if I wanted to download it again for FREE So Now I have purchased the same App twice other than that it is kinda nice being able to keep up with wha5 going on in My neighborhood as well as surrounding areas

This would be a great app if you would stop pausing it. I have already purchased the app. This is very aggravating.

Not very clear. Pop up add comes on to often to even try it out. I give it 2 stars.
