The team doesn’t answer, when you stake polkadot, good luck trying to unlock it because you simply CANT and the team does nothing to help you. I have sent them emails for over two years now and still no answer. Pathetic
I’ve been emailing for years at this point and I can’t get any help. The “unlock” feature does not work, even through all this time of downloading every update and trying to unlock my funds with different devices. I haven’t been able to unlock my money for years as I had to sit there and watch it dwindle down to 10% of what it was. This is ridiculous, I’ve been begging them to get back to me for way too long. I’ve never written a bad review in my life, but I’m desperate enough for someone at Polkawallet to finally respond to me.
My app is not letting me unlock my tokens, i have contacted and emailed the admins multiple times with no response 😡😡😡😡

I have used the app for about 2 years. I tried to open it a few days age and it will not open, it just flashes back to my Home Screen.

You can use Acala and Karura from this app and it has a nice interface. Not sure why this app is so badly reviewed by some other people. I love it.
