PolyPlan Reviews

Integrations don't work

Would be awesome if it worked, but I paid for the Premium annual subscription and the integrations don't work. Microsoft To Do just keeps endlessly syncing and there's no way to reset it even after deleting my data. I reached out to tech support a week ago and got no response.

Template crashed and then duplicated

Hope this is an aberration

Confusing to set up

I thought I was doing well setting a task, time, repeat interval. Then the next day there were two of each daily-repeat task. The next day, three. I have to spend ten minutes every morning resetting the tasks and erasing the multiple duplicates. Zero help from the software.

Amazing app…but..

Love this app! The only thing I wish it had was a way to group tasks into folders (specifically for the “someday” section). Other than that it is great!

I was excited to use this app and then it crashed [solved]

The moment I upgraded to premium and began to sync my apple calendar and reminders, the app could no long stay open for more than two seconds, literally. Edit: turns out I had too many reminders trying to sync and once I turned off that list it’s working as normal! I’m a happy subscriber now :)

Finally, a planner that actually works for me!

I've been using PolyPlan for about a month now, and I can't believe how much it's simplified my life. I'm usually skeptical of new planning apps, but this one's different. What I love most is how it shows my whole day on one screen. It's so much easier to spot conflicts or free time. The fact that it pulls in my Google Calendar and Todoist tasks is a huge plus - no more forgetting about that dentist appointment! The templates feature is a real time-saver. I've set up templates for my workdays and weekends, and it's cut my planning time in half. And when I inevitably don't finish everything (we've all been there), the app automatically moves tasks to the next day. It's like it knows me! I'll admit, there were a few quirks at first, but the recent updates have smoothed those out. The widgets are great for a quick glance at my day. Is it perfect? No app is. But it's the closest I've found to my ideal planner. If you're tired of juggling multiple apps and still forgetting stuff, give PolyPlan a shot. It might just be the organization tool you've been looking for.

Integrations with Google broken

Pulls over the wrong calendars and data. Also the check off feature causes duplicate completions. Not ready for prime time. Sorry. I’ll try again in a month or two.
