Can not believe such a good University would provide the most user-unfriendly It service. No in app log in is provided, whenever I got to log in, it redirects me to its webpage. However if I type in the correct info, it is said in the app ‘Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again’. I have already reset password for that and still unable to login, that’s not the Uni-level of IT service I was looking for. What a shame!
I am just wondering how many apps do we need for attending ONE uni? like there are tons of apps- iPolyU, GreenCoin and PolyULife, so on and so forth. So, when I clicked "Library" on the side menu in iPolyU. That is not Library Mobile App, that is a website instead. Plus, when I borrow a book from library, PolyULife will remind me of the Due Date or Item Return Notice... Would PolyU unify and arrange those apps for the lovely students? It is so confusing... always leaves me all at sea.
