No proper customer journey. Few illustration: Today my cart prepared during the week has been deleted. Delivery time not clearly set before the order. Obscure pricing on some item. Including delivery. Is it cheaper after $120 order ?

Best supermarket but the app keeps freezing

Love pomegranate supermarket. It’s the only place I shop. But the app keeps freezing.

Apps keeps freezing

This app has frozen more times than the amount of things in my cart. It took me triple the amount of time needed to place my order since I had to keep refreshing the app. Very frustrating experiences

Not usuable

The app says that the website is down and to place orders by e-mail. Very disappointed.
