Cannot open

I ordered and paid for 6 items of clothing from Pomelo but only received 4, and the customer service people I contacted on their live chat barely understood English, only giving canned, irrelevant responses........ Instead of rectifying the terrible mistake, they said that they had to conduct an investigation, which has taken ages; now the two missing items of clothing are sold out and they have STILL not gotten back to me!!!!! Undoubtedly the WORST online shopping experience of my life.................the only plus point is that their clothes are proportioned well for Asian bodies.

Worst online store! They will never fulfil your order via tap, try and buy. They will only make you wait for a week and cancel your order. Don’t waste your time. ASOS is way awesome!

For some reason I could never log in. Few years ago I deleted this app as I couldn’t log in no matter how/which method, plus is lags big time and doesn’t load. Now that I’m trying again, log in still fails with my number and no reason stated at all. Tried my number on another phone it is not working either. Can someone advise? Is this app even legit?😧 Also, the Cs chat disappears/disconnects once u press “back” or go out to search for the info they require. U won’t be able to find back past msgs, each time u go back in it’s a new agent, and they have to keep asking u to resend your details again.

Hopefully wearing your clothes will allow me to find the love of my life, apple of my eye. Fo Lyfe. Thank you Pomelo! ❤️

Popped by the store because the summer collection was callin out to me. Great styles at decent price points. So freaking obsessed with the branding, socials and live streams we stan a brand that has their act together. Shoutout to Zai at Singapore’s 313 store who has the patience of a literal SAINT. Helped me get my discounts off ShopBack and the app, patiently waited for me to connect to WiFi, reset my ShopBack password, add my payment details etc. took me a decade to set it up and he just stood there so patiently and happily. I can’t. MAD LOVE. Xx
