Issues with new update
I’ve been using this app for ages & I love it but recently it’s started just zooming straight into images & wont let me edit like I always have. I don’t get chance to do anything before it’s cropped the photo right down & it’s now unusable. Really gutted as I love this app but can’t find any help on how to fix this issue. Maybe it’s the new IOS update but I can’t find any other way around it. If any one can help please let me know!
Effects no longer work
Paid a full years subscription only for the features to edit pictures/videos no longer works. Have tried contacting support multiple times to get no response at all… what a sham !!! Avoid at all costs !!!
Awful support
Had a problem with the app and messaged three times over the past two months and had no support. It’s a shame because I’ve loved this app, but I’m getting no help, sick of emailing and getting no reply.
I bought the full and still limited.
I spent a lot of money to buy the pomelo pro and the best filters you still can’t use as you need to share it using Facebook account. And not only that, it request you to have the Facebook app installed. So, what is the point to buy something If you can’t use it fully? And yes the best filters are all locked by this restriction.
Ruined
Used to be brilliant and my go-to PP app. Now they’ve ruined it - for what seems like absolutely no reason at all. All of my go to filters are now missing and have been replaced with presets that make everything look awful.
Awful customer service
There will be no help regardless how many times you try to get in touch. No body to solve your issue only an automated service with the same message that keeps coming. So awful I can’t even begin to say.
Prefer the old version
This was my favourite app and then out of the blue it changed. I’m sure the new app works really well but I really loved the older version. It will take me a while to get used to this one

I’ve loved Pomelo for years, it’s the only editor I use. But I am REALLY disappointed with the recent changes. I don’t understand it and I can’t find my old ‘go to’ filters!! Sad to say I’m now looking at other apps for photo editing.

This app was great with lots of filters that weren’t available elsewhere or weren’t as well tuned.
Now it’s difficult to use and has a bunch of filters that all look the same, none of which are flattering.
Such a shame to see a great app destroyed.
