Usage
1.Start the timer and concentrate on the task until the timer rings.
2.When the timer goes off, take a short 5-minute break.
3.After the break, start the timer again and do another 25-minute work interval.
4.After completing four 25-minute intervals, take a longer break of about 30 minutes.
