They charged me when I had a monthly membership !
I have monthly membership that theoretically I should have 5 trips per day free of charge. But some days ago I saw I have been charged even it was my first trip in a new day! I try to reach to the help section of the app and I send email also to them but after several days they didn’t answer to me! It is a shame, they take your money and they don’t answer if they make a mistake in their software. I totally scared and I will not recommend this company. I will cancel my membership at the end of this month and I will try to use another company of my city.
