Easy to setup. It’s more for weekly meal planning instead of instant delivering, but I prefer that

Amazingly convenient
It’s so convenient it’s downright a crime! I’m enjoying not having to cook, or even leave the comfort of my home to eat delicious meals... which might also be dangerous. Good food, not moving much..... totally worth it!
Like precook meal.
Taste not up to satisfactory. Food like pre cook and pre pack. Not freshly cook by chef. Maybe the chef need to taste it personally. Not worth for the price advertised.
SPAM Notifications
I downloaded this app because I recently moved to Bangkok. I was seriously considering giving the service a try, but now tell every one of my friends to never EVER use this service!!! Why? Once they have your mobile number, they will text you every single day whether you like it or not. And when you contact them asking them to stop, they say they can’t delete it from their system. Furthermore, the app has an option in settings to stop notifications. I’ve turned this off multiple times but STILL app notifications and text messages. ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND DIABOLICAL!! An abuse of personal data, and a violation of data privacy and App Store regulations. Will he reporting to Apple directly in an attempt to get this app removed from the App Store.
Bad
Never on time. I always received an hour late and the food is soggy and cold already. Even if I order a day or even a week earlier, the food never arrived on time. Grabfood and Foodpanda is a lot better. Yes, the food is good and very healthy but that is all they have. Punctuality and timing are very bad.
Mainly preorder user only
Order took two hours to reach without pre order. This apps mainly for pre order user. Go for others app if you are hungry. First time experience I guess will be bad if user does not order two hours ahead.

App logs out frequently
App is good at what it does: ordering food is relatively easy and convenient. Two major issues: 1. Please stop flooding me with referral prompts after each order. 2. Please stop logging me out so often.
