Fun, but unfair

This game was fun a couple years ago, but it’s gone downhill. There are bugs, bonuses won’t trigger in new games or you don’t get paid. Then if you make a purchase, after the first few plays it causes you to lose all your chips, so you’ll have to make another one. Poor way to retain paying customers in my opinion. Also with the challenges you lose WAY more than you end up gaining, that’s if you can even finish the challenge if all your coins aren’t lost. If I were another player, stick to just playing for free. It’s not worth anything more than free play.

PlayStudios routinely creates bonus events that are totally impossible to get

PlayStudios creates impossible to achieve bonus events that are a total ripoff. Support never answers emails. Apple has been involved multiple times to get refunds. Avoid this game and company.

Rewards

I would love for sycuan rewards to return. That was the only casino nearby me that I was able to claim my rewards at. That and also if by any chance you guys can add barons casino and resort on the rewards as well.

Terrible

I downloaded this game through the Fetch App and after getting to level 26 I wasn’t able to go any further! It kept disconnecting and no matter what I tried it would not let me play the game for points. I tried submitting a ticket with fetch they wouldn’t help I tried submitting a ticket through apple and it wouldn’t even open and my last resort was going through the web developer site and no luck DONT WASTE YOUR TIME 😡😡

Lost everything

I had to change passwords cause of being hacked and lost everything that I had since playing for over 760 days

Downloaded game because of fetch rewards. They didn't reward me for playing.

Quality has gone down hill

My family and I have been playing this game for years and over all it is not the same. Winning big never happens anymore. I used to be able to play and stack up chips but the game is rigged and no longer allows you to keep the chips you have. Even the small games like the mini pops and the cards you collect are impossible to win big money on. I used to be impressed by the visual quality of the game but now I see the truth. They just want you to buy back the chips. I see people in this game with billions of chips but now i understand they did not win that organically. They’ve had to spend their hard earned cash. It’s just sad
