Recently, the program has issues when you push the play button the rotation runs for 15 to 45 seconds or more, so if you are playing in a bonus game, you have no chance of being competitive, as you don’t get as many rotations as the other players. Update: I was given 9,000,000 points but was required to play 3,000,000 points. So I got to play THREE ROTATIONS!!!!! What a generous game!!

I made an in app purchase and was supposed to receive 48 spins. Did not receive so sent a ticket in. It takes them forever to respond with “we see you received everything, thanks for playing”. I have to submit another ticket and wait another 72 hours for probably the same response. Luckily I learned my lesson and they will never receive another dime from me!

I love the game! But I won a mini pop for 13,500,000 and a sticker pack and never received my reward. I reached out to support and completed every trouble shooting step recommended and still no reward. I told support and they refuse to write back and no my tokens are just disappearing without being used. The same people always win the bonus rounds for billions! You’re lucky if you can win a couple million. This game is a scam !!! Won’t play until my bonus is awarded as promised and it probably never will be

I have spent tons on this game alone. Don’t get me wrong I love playing it. The competitions and the news games are awesome but I was double charged and didn’t receive credits for the second charge. Also during that charge the game glitched an crashed on me & when I went back to the game it shows no credits issued but on apple charges it shows that I’ve been charged. I have contacted Apple whom showed me how to contact the web developer. I did just as that but I was told because “ It was processed by the App Store, so you will have to contact Apple support directly to find out about your payment's status and resolve any issues. I hope the problem gets resolved soon! I am sure the staff at Apple will be able to help.” I haven’t gotten the help that I need and $54.11 was taken without any help of an refund or credits.. Ive had issues where I have asked for support and waited the 72 hours and never got replies, about 3 separate times now. With the new tier system the higher your ranking the faster you get help. Even being at a higher ranking this is not true for me. Not sure where technical or gameplay support issues go but they seem to go into oblivion. 11/18/23 3:30 pm I experienced a new technical issue and entered a support ticket. I will update my review when I receive any support. 1/22/24 Chip packages are overpriced for the amount you get. Daily challenges and all other special events dont balance out for what you pay in chips. The prices all over the place and dont make sense when they are not equitable to play. May 15, 2024 The support option does not function as advertised. The private host and quick response is false advertising. Take screenshots of your response times and issues you encounter. If you need to go to the app carrier you use. Apple or google play. That way you can show the unresolved problems on the app. Update 6/2/2024 Im constantly updating my review. The support has been better and quicker lately. The biggest complaint that you can see in the most recent reviews are the horrible win/loss ratio on games and payouts on bonuses. They have lost the balance and it soon becomes a boring game if you always lose all the time and micro transactions appear every 2 minutes. 8/17/24 Ill be posting some videos of actual gameplay on Youtube of this and similar apps. That way you can see real gameplay and differences between the apps. Its a fair way to show what to expect when before you download.
