Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app and tried to register. Filled in my correct phone number three times but verification sms never arrived. Useless.

New app doesn’t work. Stick with the old one until this one works
Failed card approval
Could not get past credit card approval. Tried three times and cost me €3.

Good but..
Pretty great option until you get into an electric car and it breaks down on you 2 hours away from Brussels. And according to customer service, they have had lots of issues with the ID3s - so why not take then off the market?
