iPhone app keep hanging and shutting down. Can fix problem?

Having paid for premium service I am denied of access to this system even tried more than a dozen times. It keeps promoting me to buy the same plan that I have enrolled. This is ridiculous hope the operator will set this right it’s been few days since my subscription.

Terrible lags give me an excuse to take longs dumps. Logging me out umpteen times let’s me exercise my non-existent memory to login again with a password I can never remember.

Is my singing that bad that it logs me out!? My self-confidence has been deeply traumatized.

Popsical has been horrible the 2nd half of 2023 to present day. Randomly keeps saying error when trying to play songs, then you’d have to close and open the app again. App sometimes seems to lag and refuses to refresh playqueue. Wi-fi Connection issues galore.

Pls update more playlist / tiktok/, search by tv drama ost, singer list to enable us to search for songs easily

The App keeps hanging and closed itself while doing a search of title or artist. Please send help and fix.

The receiver and mic is so laggy.

I was trying to subscribe Popsical Premium but was unable to complete subscription since yesterday . I left an email and tried to contact using various social media but was not successful

App was ok, been using for about 2 years. When updated recently, everything became worse. All songs now do not have videos. Some older songs even don’t have the lyrics. Used to have before. What happened? Very disappointed. If nothing is being done, then i would need to cancel my premium.
