This is a fantastic fx app. Think a Korg KP3+ with better sounds and way more flexibility and control. Really well done.

I bought this a second time when it went on sale following a refund, explained below. This time no problems. Don’t know why it didn’t work before. Great app. Five stars. I don’t want to diss Kia Aras or his apps. I don’t want to overly criticize any developer. I understand how difficult it is to come up with an app from scratch and then deal with Apple. I bought Popsicle FX and it worked until I upgraded my iPad Pro to the latest iOS, 15.4. I expected some of the older, IAA apps to crash, and they did, but one I bought a month ago? I feel strongly about this, mainly because I did a video praising this app, now it is braindead. I tried to contact the developer to discuss this; the contact link on his webpage does not work. I don’t want to leave a negative review, primarily because when this app worked, I loved it. This morning I downloaded the “fix” (for the ancient iOS 12) and of course this didn’t fix the crash issue. So, I either wait for Mr. Aras to address this issue, or I ask for a refund. I simply have too many malfunctioning or now useless apps on my iPad. That’s quite a bit of money. I love working on the iPad, I love touch opposed to a mouse, but it looks like I may go back to Logic Pro. The plugins there always seem to work and the developers usually state what OS version it will work with. With iOS apps, you’re always taking a chance.

Thanks to Dev for fixing iOS 12 Issue!

Echo effect isn’t showing up in basic mode. Tried clicking on it, didn’t work. I also tried using the plus and minus. Skipped echo entirely. This happens on program A. Program B Echo is present

Same as other review stated , I just have iOS 12.3 . I don’t want to update because I have older apps that won’t be updated. So stay with 12. Love the app hoping can fix. Thanks Update my review: Many thanks Kai for the fix, it was definitely worth the wait. It is a super cool app. I love all your apps. And this one is definitely a winner. Again thanks

Excellent

Great app, but crashes with iOS12

Great app Kai! I love the app, runs fine on my iPad with iOS 13, but it crashes on my other iPad with iOS 12.5.5. Both the standalone and AUv3 crash at launch. I read another reviewer having tge same issue as me with iOS12. So I hope that this will get fixed. The latest update didn’t fix the crash. I already like to give it 4 stars for what it is capable of doing when it works. Looking forward to a bugfix though! Keep up the great work 👍

Experimenting with Popsicle could take a lifetime. 😱

Kai Aras has done it again! FD-1 was a favorite of mine, using it almost all the time, now Popsicle. Taking Factory through Spacefields then thru Popsicle. Lions, Tigers and Bears, oh my!
