crashed over 15 times and lost my customized item and had to start from scratch EVERY single. time. Easily lost hours on this 👎

For a company that produces such a great product the app is awful (and so is the website). Difficult to navigate, doesn’t load, lackluster presentation. Definitely a flash over function design. I hope someone realizes that a rework for function and usability would increase sales.

No error message, it just goes white. Claims of being able to create a custom are false. iPhone 14 pro max.

I’m tired of trying to register on the app.. and all the user names I try to create are taken .. it seems like there’s something wrong with the app.. please fix

It logged me out and I can’t log back in no matter the password I remember I keep requesting for a password reset but no email gets sent out to me. I had some important pictures I wanted turned into grips.

I’m so annoyed that I’m not able to create an account so I can use the app. I logged in with my Facebook online but it won’t recognize it on the app. I tried creating another account but it will not let me. I’m so fed up!

This app is great for the art and creative side but you can’t check order status or see much of your profile info. I think more should be added.

Can’t verify email? Tried to make an account through the app but never received an email to verify. Made an account on the website and it worked. But I cannot log in to the app?

Got the verification email. Can verify. Keeps saying something went wrong. Because if that I can’t sign into app. What a hassle. Guess I’ll look for another way to create.
