Very slow in update. Have emailed my concern but for weeks I did not hear anything from your side. Need to go in store to inform your staff about it. Inefficient.

Other than giving 10% off on regular items for member, it would be great if there is point system. The accumulated points (with no expiry date) could be converted to voucher.

Yes, I had similar issues with the Popular App. While this is a small matter as the details of the membership is still shown clearly on the app, the frustrating thing is that the staff at the various Popular stores kept insisting that members’ app should show the QR code. They just refuse to let in the membership number manually and would not apply your membership rewards.

1. As other users mentioned, there seems to be some bug going on, App says there is a newer version so when you click on update, it brings u to the app store but it shows that u have already downloaded the latest app, and brings u back to the popularsg app. So it goes round and round in circles. 2. App is unable to recognize email, tried forgetting password, does not work, tried creating new account, it says email existed. End up being unable to link the card at all. Perhaps the physical card is still better 🤦🏻‍♀️

I opened the app which tells me to update and when I try to update it brings me back to the app that tells me to update. I can’t even get to anything!
