The simplest way to block apps. Focus session steps:
1. Click on the "start" button
2. Select the duration of the focus session
3. Select the apps that you wished to be blocked during the session
4. Click on "start session"
5. All the selected apps will be blocked until the completion of the focus session duration
Focus session is useful when you wish to focus on some task, like studies, work etc. for a certain period of time.

Stay away!
I downloaded the app and paid my subscription accepting the offer of 10€ for a whole year. After exactly 2 DAYS the app crashes saying “unable to verify your subscription” and it just kicks me out. I contacted the support and they answered me to provide a screen recording of the issue and all. I sent over everything and they never replied. I prompted them and I still have nothing. Yes, it’s just a tenner. Still, it’s the principle that got me. Just don’t bother downloading the thing guys.
