This app appears to be for improved communication between patient and provider. However, it is nothing but a headache! You cannot upload files. The only option you are given is to upload from photo library or camera. Wish my doctor would change this service to something more efficient.
This app is useless unless you are using a desktop. It simply doesn’t work. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Garbage
How is one suppose to sign up if there isn’t a place for it just a username n log in? It makes no sense . Please make it much friendlier access like MyChart where you don’t need an activation code , cancel n reshedule and leave a message to a physician . I just looked online , why would there be a fee for looking into your own chart ?. That is insane . Please fix everything to make more sense .
This appt is not user friendly. You cannot make appointments nor reply to a message. To access another family member, you have to log out and sign back in. You can only use a computer to log in on the website-you cannot use a mobile device to log in. It’s very frustrating since we live with mobile devices and do not carry laptops or desktops with us. Please get this fixed.
This app is called Portal Connect but since it links to Hello Health, my password cannot be saved for the app. I have to manually access the password on my phone or type it in every time. It doesn’t notify me in the phone about messages, only via email. It doesn’t remind me of appointments or allow me to add them to my calendar. It simply wasn’t working. Needed an update, but didn’t have the simple courtesy to tell me so (every other app does). AND has the audacity to charge me $200 annually to keep in touch with my doctor. She chose this app, and doesn’t have the bandwidth to change it. Such a shame they are ripping off patients and doctors. Use some of that money to make the app work well, please.
The iOS app won’t allow me to login to my account and I need to revert to the website on Safari. Tech support can’t help past telling me to reinstall the app. Don’t bother proving an “app” that doesn’t even log in. Even when it used to work, it was clunky and hard to use. Absolute amateur hour. I wish my doctor didn’t insist on using this garbage.
This is undoubtedly one of the most difficult, clunky apps I have used (and have to) in a long time. If it were my business I would definitely be looking at other options for my clients ASAP.
This has to be the worst software I have ever used. It is slow, announcements are jumbled or nonexistent. Got to talk to three different programmers and none of them could speak English. Told me they had no app to down load. Doctors office had a bit of information but I had to search in App Store to find their app. As you can see on the many one star reviews this is a cheep knockoff of a real physician practice software program.
This app is required by my doctor’s office. If it were not, I would dump it from my device. It is, simply put, garbage. Slow to open. Crashes in the middle of reading messages. Archive is useless and also crashes. It’s a mess. Clearly no one cares or else it would change. Not sure who the app developers are, but maybe get some training on how to build and maintain an app.
