한 번 구독 취소를 하였는데 한 달 구독 비용이 결제되었습니다. 앱을 한 번 지웠다가 다시 설치한 뒤에 구독을 다시 취소하여야 한다는 사실을 공지받지 못하여, 27000에 달하는 손실을 보았습니다. 저는 이 앱을 몇 번 사용하지 않았고, 한 달 구독 이후 사용한 적도 없으며, 이 앱을 사용할 더 이상의 의사가 없습니다. 조속한 환불 바랍니다.
