The Posey S.A.F.E. Program App enhances the falls management efforts for hospitals and health-care professionals enrolled in the PoseyPartners™ S.A.F.E. Approach to Falls Management program. The innovative app gives busy health-care personnel the ability to quickly and easily track compliance progress related to their falls prevention criteria – based on the facility’s S.A.F.E. Approach implemented protocols – to help optimize patient safety by reducing the risk of in-patient falls and fall-related injuries.
