This app combined with listening to Leo’s podcast from episode one, has already started unlocking parts of my emotions that I’ve never dealt with. I love the addition of the questions because they genuinely make me reflect on the positives of my day rather than everything that went wrong.

First off, I just want to start by saying that I absolutely love Leo. He is literally what I need at all times. His podcast -Aware & Aggravated- gives me LIFE. He has helped me so much, by allowing me to see new perspectives on different things, and it’s much needed. I didn’t know he had an app, but I’m SO stoked, and so proud of him.
