when I joined this app a few months ago it still sucked but you could at least view who visited your profile. Now I see that they’ve locked that feature too. I understand that this is just greed and it’s disgusting. These people have realized that this is a huge market, people with an std have trouble finding love so instead of making things easier for said people they’re trying to squeeze as much money from us as possible. Not to mention that EVERY OTHER HERPES DATING SITE IS OWNED OR CONNECTED TO THEM and it’s incredibly frustrating. I highly urge you not to sign up, or at least not to sign for premium if you still want to check it out. Also, even if you match with someone you still have to pay to chat with that person.

This app is way too expensive. 43.99 so basically 50 bucks for a single month is absurd. Even the six month deal is ridiculous 139.99 which is 47% savings is still a terrible deal. You’re preying on people that are already suffering and just trying to find happiness. Facebook dating is free, Tinder is essentially free, Bumble, Hinge and the list goes on. Yet this app charges an insane premium to even be able to message someone. Not to mention how if you don’t pay you can’t narrow your search to people near you. I have paid for this junk 3 times now and I’m seriously disappointed. Such a waste of money!!! Most the people that use this app have no other option for dating apps so this app rips them off based on that. If I knew how I’d develop an almost identical app and not charge people for it. Then I’d sit back and watch this ripoff Positive Singles dwindle away to nothing. You’re criminals

This app has frequent problems with search locations in the filter. Is very frustrating. I have very limited interest in women located thousands of miles away, yet the “current location” filter often does not work. The site is too expensive for the service provided. Do better.

I gave this a shot after a diagnosis, thinking this would help meet someone with my condition, I was sadly mistaken. You can’t search your area, or preferences with out paying, their excuse is to protect people form scammers (I’ll come back to this). But you should be able to search your area to see what the market is. I’m all fine for paying to message, just not search. This issue is, once I paid, there were only 5 people within 1 hour drive of me. I reach out to support on this, they say increase your distance; let’s be honest it’s hard enough to date with an STI, now I’m left search for people well over 100 miles away…… Most profiles you do think might have a connection with haven’t been active in months or years. there are lots of bots and fake accounts (the app devs are the scammers). I don’t check the app at work, but sometimes throughout the day, it’ll say I have 5 likes, go check the app, nada. Any app that won’t let you see who is in your area before you invest, is very sketchy. again they have very few profile unless you live in a large city (my city and the surrounding area is 750k, I’m not coming from a small town here and yet almost no local profiles). Their Support is horrible, they don’t address your concerns, ignore issues and respond with some scripted message. You are better off getting bumble, tinder or hinge.

I just downloaded this but my first complaint is that it’s not LGBTQ+ friendly. It assumed I was into men and I still can’t find the option to switch.

They keep suspending my account after I have verified with them and I have a subscription which I’m not making use of

It’s pretty much like tinder, it’s great in that aspect. My issues lie in the tech part, I have notifications that can never be viewed. There’s always a notification that I know where it’s from but I can’t close it. Also there’s a place to throw bottles and pick them up like bottles in the ocean but I can’t do either even though there’s a free member allowance.

This dating app signs you up and take your personal information only to “suspend” with no dialogue or communication as to why? And what happens to your data?? Do not use this app or site it’s shady
