Applicazione a dir poco macchinosa. Complicata da capire. Mai avuto così tanti problemi con una app per capire come si usa.

My iPhone OS is up to date. Downloaded newest version and login It opened a page but it was blank. I restarted the iPhone 14 Opened the app again and it was blank. Please fix you app Now I need to go back to the desktop version.

Couldn’t add Facebook account. App always says “no account selected”. Waste of time.

I was so close to really liking this app and recommending to friends because the free version was working great. Until I realized it wouldn’t let me add my Instagram account. If the free version does not include Instagram then you should at least say that upfront.

Follow Up: When I download the app and try to sign in using twitter or google the app did not work However when I signed up using Facebook it is now working so I upgraded my rating but the developers should work on fixing this Carolina in customer service was responsive to my concerns but finally I took two hours out of my day to see if I could make it work. I’ve upgraded to the paid version to be able to use and post on Instagram I added my account but it doesn’t let me post so I added the app on my phone it won’t open when I click it and I’m very frustrated.. I purchased this to save Time then I emailed customer service and no response so If Instagram is important to you to post to the do NOT get this service

It’s not letting me add my Instagram account and not sure why. I click to add and it gives me an add about the type of membership I have. Cannot upgrade or downgrade the membership either. Works well otherwise

READ ALL THEIR FINE PRINT. THEY HAVE AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF SIGNING UP FOR A FREE TRIAL. I MADE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH A NEW COMPANY. INITIALLY I WAS GOING TO SUBSCRIBE MONTHLY BUT FIGURED FOR THE SAVINGS WHAT THE HECK. I HAVE A TRAIL PERIOD AND PUT MY CREDIT CARD IN. WELL GO FIGURE. CANT POST IN GROUPS. CANT GET MY POSTINGS TO POST. HAVE TO BE ADMIN AND ALL THESE THINGS. IT SEEMED SO SIMPLE AND SO GOOD TO HE TRUE! For sure it was!! WELL CONTACT SUPPORT. YEAH NO PHONE SUPPORT. ALL EMAIL. A DAY LATER I SAY I WANT TO CANCEL AND THEY SCREN SHOT ALL THEIR TERMS. AND YOU SHOULD OF SAW IT THIS WAY AND JUST FLAT OUT WOULDNT HONOR A TRIAL PERIOD I WAS SHOWN. What loss is it to them? They give out a trial. I didn’t even use their service nor was it more than 24 hours. MY CARD SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED. HAD I KNOWN I WOULDN'T HAVE GONE THROUGH THE PURCHASE. SO BACK AND FORTH BY EMAIL WITH THEIR SUPPORT WHO FLAT OUT WONT HELP AND KEEPING MY FUNDS THEY WITHDREW. IVE CONTACTED BY BANK AND WILL PERSUE CONSUMER PROTECTION RIGHTS AND CHARGE BACK. FURTHERMORE I WILL ENSURE THAT EVERY KNOWS MY EXPERIENCE THAT I WENT THOUGH WITH YOYR COMPANY. YOU WONT EVER HAVE MY BUSINESS!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Read all!!! Be careful. You’ve been warned!!
