The Posten app makes it easy to track, order home delivery and pick up your packages. You can also send packages in the app, and pick up packages in pakkeboks.
When you register with your phone number and e-mail we’ll find your packages automatically. You can also add packages manually. We’ll send you updates about the packages, and tell you when and where to pick it up.
The app is built around customer feedback, and we update the app continuously. If you’ve got suggestions for improvements or find errors in the app, you can contact us through the feedback function.

Hente pakken i pakkeluke er helt suverent, men når pakken blir levert der og ingen hentemelding blir sendt ut, er det ikke så suverent likevel.

Jeg skjønner ikke hvorfor jeg må kjøre flere km for å hente når jeg har tilsvarende henteboks 100 meter fra meg? Det er ingen sammenheng med adresse og nærmeste henteboks
Pakkeprioritering??
Begriper ikke hvorfor pakke som har ankommet Lørenskog 16 desember får leveringstid 30. desember?? Mens pakker registrert på Lørenskog 19. desember får jeg levert 23.desember. Jeg synes det er for dårlig!

Pakkeboks
Enkel og god levering med pakkeboks, fint å kunne hente når det passer. Det eneste som ville gjort det bedre var at man kunne velge hvilken pakkeboks i nærområde det sendes til.

Får bare feilmelding ‘noe gikk galt’ når jeg sjekker status på pakkene mine.

App tar betalt for «brev» men vil ikke gi kode etterpå. Dermed er pengene tapt. Ikke mye penger men ganske surt likevel.

En av de verste appene jeg noen gang har brukt! Når jeg får en melding på Digipost med lenke til betaling i Posten-appen, så regner jeg med å komme rett til betalingen. Men nei da! Jeg må gå tilbake, finne sporingsnummeret, legge det inn og søke opp sendingen, for så å betale. Manuell bruk av lange koder = håpløst. Direkte lenke, takk!
