Great neck tension relief

Have used this app for a while now and I really like it. If my neck is feeling tense, I do the work out for a few minutes and I always feel a little bit better. It also reminds you to keep your posture good even when you’re not doing it.

Great App!

Very simple stretches and app syncs right on point in 5 minutes. Works really well. To dev/product team, please create for more areas! Like lower back, forearms/wrists.

Do periodically to alleviate forward head posture symptoms

For me the reason that it’s worthwhile is that it is effective for me if I have a flare of shoulder and neck tightness/pain.

Thank you

Great app!

I’ve been doing several exercises to help with text neck and forward rotated shoulders before downloading the app. It uses many of the exercises I came across in my research and I love that I can just open it up and start it to walk through them. It will definitely help with any tension and help with posture. You can’t only do the app as you’ll have to change how you walk/work and stay aware for the best progress. Thanks for this app!

Simple but life-changing

Guitawriter on

After several months of working from home, often in bed or slouching in a chair, my bad posture was wreaking havoc on my body. I was getting headaches and--most concerningly--shooting nerve pain in my head on a daily basis. I downloaded this app and started doing the exercises regularly. In addition to using a standing desk, this app turned my whole situation around. After about a month I no longer had any nerve pain. I don't the exercises as often as before, but they're there when I feel my posture starting to break down. There are some ads in the app but not during the routine and the whole thing is free. Everyone should download this!

UI is not working

Photos are compressed and there’s no text. I like the idea, execution isn’t there

Needs more instructions on how to set up

lyndizz on

This app looks like it could be great but in the version that I have, I am only able to set one daily notification. Also, words next to the drop down menu would also be helpful. Thank you.
