Best in Calicut
Potafo offers almost all the notable restaurants in Calicut. Doesn’t inflate prices like Zomato or Swiggy. The app interface needs to be improved.
Declining professionalism in Potafo
Earlier used to be such a wonderful delivery service in Calicut. I’ve personally supported them a lot by not ordering in Swiggy or Zomato when I am in Calicut. Off late I am seeing very unprofessional, Lying & lack of customer empathy. I was told once restaurant was delaying, however in th App it was clearly showing Delivery Guy not assigned, I double checked by calling the restaurant to make sure. When I tried to confront the delivery guy, he was absolutely rude. If you guys don’t go back to your professionalism and customer centric, I won’t prefer to order from you guts any more.

Delay Delivery
Received delivery after waiting for too long. The management should prioritise on time delivery.

Was a great app for food delivery , has gone down over last few years. If you want food please order atleast 2 hrs before. Pathetic
Worst food delivery app.
The only reason potafo exist is because they have iconic restraints in Calicut exclusively. Never have i got a delivery on time in through this app. Compared to Swiggy and zomato this is the worst.

Worstest app in Calicut
I had very bad experience with potafo team, not once , twice or thrice. They have very poor customer care systems and low maintenance. Don’t run app , if you can’t function it properly
