International shipping issue
The site mentioned there is free international shipping and I live in canada..I placed the order 3 times and out of which I received a confirmation email for only one order . I raised a dispute for 2 other transactions . I also called the online support and confirmed the same Now coming to the problems 1) now they say 2 orders have been placed ( for almost same set of products) and they have already shipped one for which I had no confirmation email or follow up 2) despite of multiple emails,WhatsApp and fb messages we get no response properly 3) where there is international shipping they have to provide support for our time Zones as well . We have to stay very late to just follow up everyday 4) the app is pathetic . Half the time it doesn’t confirm if your order has been placed or any tracking information for the same Highly disappointed and now I just hope I receive the money back for my failed orders and they don’t send 2 set of same items. If there is a problem with the online orders or international shipping please don’t take it up
