CRAZY GOOD!
This place has things you would NEVER find anywhere else! I just wish I was a millionaire!!!!!!
Shipping
When trying to place my order a message came up about shipping for certain items and to call customer service. When I called customer service they stated they could not help, they didn’t know why the message stated to call them, and they advised I separate items myself and make 2 separate purchases. Also, I don’t know why some items were free ship and some weren’t. Frustrating. Bad business.
Kid Chair
I ordered this chair last year for my twin grandsons. They are now two years old and love their chairs. So I bought it for my four month old granddaughter. I love this chair!!!

An order over $500 should be free shipping
Slow
This app is trash. It’s super slow loading anything. Responses are delayed and once they do register the next page freezes frequently. If it doesn’t freeze, it often closes out on its own. So typically it takes 5-6 tries to search anything and hopefully you don’t need to search for anything else.
Would have bought more
Would have purchased more but the checkout experience kept blocking specific items due to different delivery timelines. Had to go back to cart multiple times to remove those and then finally checkout. You lost about $170.
Pottery Barn Kids
Pottery Barn Kids has the most adorable gifts for children and I love that so many can be personalized for that extra special touch!

With the reputation of pottery barn and prices I expect a better tech experience. I constantly have issues with log in and lagging when trying to browse and shop

El pijama lo compré para dos años y my baby tiene un año y 3 meses el cuello es muy apretado pase mucho trabajo para ponérselo y después durmió la noche con él y al despertar tenía todo el cuello quemado
