Buggy camera
Can't get verified because the camera app is too blurry.
No Customer Service at all
Their customer service channels seem like they don’t exist at all. Messaged them both on FB and Email about the Send Globally issue I encountered and received no reply at all. After updating the app, it kept asking me for the PIN code and it’s very annoying.

I love this app as it is very user friendly and the fact that they support lightning payment.

Hard to say this provides any useful features
First of all, you must submit your ID for even 1 peso. Actually they will gladly take your funds but won’t let you use it without an ID. This is not open or permissionless and goes against the ethos of the industry. Further they will share your information with many parties. If you read their privacy policy it’s scary.
