Top company to use app easy to check booking thank you

I’ve used Poulton cabs for years and they’re great. Pity this app isn’t. It doesn’t install properly. Despite several attempts, it simply doesn’t work. What a shame. I’ll stick to ordering by phone.

I got a message saying that I had cancelled the booking when I hadn’t.

Went to Poulton from staining no problem. Ordered a cab wanting back to staining. -journey was ‘cancelled’ no message why and was told at the office just to queue. 40 mins later with drunken idiots trying to jump the queue we got our cab. So, pointless. I get it, you’re short on drivers, so limit the app times or something.

For some reason I don’t receive the text code to register

All I asked for was a 5 seater cab. Told they’re all booked. Fine I said... please let me book the next one... “There’re all rolling” was the answer. Again I asked to book the next one. Next one is 2am. - I said ‘yes please can I book it’! So simple I thought. Manager comes on the phone for some reason and says no cars until 2am. I said can I book one at 2am please - he says no cars... and hangs up. Waste of space company

Registered and ordered a taxi in a matter of minutes. Really easy to use and you get the drivers name, car reg, estimated time and car location on map.
