I’ve first rated the app with just 2 stars. First time experience in using the app and the solution can be a bit frustrating. When something is advertised just with “free for the first 5 minutes” and is missing any info regarding pricing one can feel frustrated. Overall experience can be massively improved. I had to download the app and register, than to manually find on the map the charger near me (the app is bot locating me on the map). Took me a while to figure it out how to rent a charger. While buying a charger has a dedicated button, renting is tricky to find. I would have loved to just use the charger, but when I’ve seen I have to manually add my card in the app I just quit. I had ~50% battery. The effort of adding the card was exceeding a fuller battery. Not sure why one would not simply use the apple pay to make life simpler. So, bottom line, frustrating experience with huge room to improve. However, 2ron/hour feels a bargain. And the idea that this service exists is good to know. I’ll keep the app installed and probably I’ll add the card inside the app when I’ll be forced to. So, I’ve changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 simply because this is a good service. And I think I will use it someday.
