Heat plays a major role in Power Life’s identity. Of course, the majority of our classes are taught in a heated or semi-heated environment. But we challenge our students to dive a little deeper than that. We hope the time spent in our studios helps you ignite a spark within that inspires you to reach for your very best life. We are a place to meet friends, a place to meet goals and a place to meet yourself.
We truly believe there is a spot for everyone at Power Life, so we offer a variety of class formats to meet students wherever they are on their yoga/fitness journey. Our schedule includes:
I’ve deleted this app 3 times just to try and sign up. So I went into the location to sign up, that worked. When I went home I couldn’t add classes deleted the app again, then I could add classes but after I add them it says there are no classes added.
Welcoming, uplifting, fresh
I’ve been to PL on and off for years. I keep coming back because I always feel such a welcoming inclusive environment that is positive and uplifting. Workouts are just right for all levels. I’m in my 50s working out with 20s up to those older than me. I have another place I go for challenging weight and cardio but the music at the other fitness studio is very oppressive misogynistic rap and makes me feel a bit abused. I don’t understand other female gym owners and instructors not carefully selecting music as it’s an important part of the experience. Happy to say PL makes positive choices in music as well!

My Happy Place
I am currently on my 760th class at Powerlife. The instructors here are simply amazing, and make you feel comfortable and welcome. It is an AMAZING community!
Power Life Saved Me
The day I was told I had breast cancer I knew I couldn’t go straight home from work because I wouldn’t be able to hide my emotions from my kids, who were just 9 and 7 year old at the time, so I went to Power Life and asked to trial a Yoga class. As I filled out the information, waiver, etc, I ended up sharing my story a bit, and the manager, Kelsey, was such a good listener and so compassionate. After that first class, I was hooked. Not only did it give me a safe place to focus on my needs, I left feeling renewed, empowered and ready to face my situation. Thank you Power Life Community. You don’t know how much you mean to me.

Dark Mode Needed
This app is reliable, up-to-date, and gets the job done (which is primarily looking up and registering for yoga classes). That said, for the love of all things holy, please add a dark mode. The white screens are blinding- even when my phone's brightness is turned all the way down - when I'm registering for classes in the wee hours of the morning, when all the lights are off. This wold make a huge difference is usability. Thanks!

Molly T, Joe, and Heather S are my favorites. You should give them a raise. They do amazing jobs!
