WHO IS POWER MONKEY?
Power Monkey Fitness is a group of elite athletes turned coaches who have spent years providing movement education to clients, ranging from competitive CrossFit athletes to people who simply want to move better. Programs are written by Olympic Gymnastics team member Dave Durante, Three-time National Champion Weightlifter Mike Cerbus, and Director of Power Monkey Programming, Colin Geraghty.
We believe TECHNIQUE MATTERS. Our goal is to provide the same level of elite programming to the general public in a mobile app that promotes good technique and longevity in movements.

Consistency is key. Sculpt a solid core and master foundational basics spending an average of only 10 minutes a day. Our Core365 program is more than just situps and side bends, we incorporate exercises that not only involve the entire midline; obliques, hip flexors, lower back, glutes, and hamstrings.
-Skill Development Plans-
Build on body awareness and learn proper techniques. Whether it's your first pull-up, muscle-up, or handstand, you'll progress through the movements with strength and virtuosity. Plans are built based on your level!
-Volume Plans-
These plans are for Competitive Athletes looking to improve the volume and intensity of specific movements during workouts and training. Go beyond learning skills to understanding how to control your body in dynamic and complex movements.
-Monkey Method Plans-
Become a well-rounded gymnastic athlete using our signature Monkey Method, our version of GPP (General Physical Preparedness). We've built a solid and results-based gymnastic GPP program for ALL LEVELS - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced plans are available.

I did the HSPU program and I loved how easy the app was to use. It was 8 weeks with 2x/week about 30-40 mins which can be easily done before of after a Crossfit class. A great supplement to your current programming. The programming in the app is very intelligent with all the accessory work. My shoulders feel bulletproof after completing the program!

Been using the app to complement CrossFit training to work on gymnastics skills, and I have really enjoyed working through the progressions so far. Already seeing improvements after about six weeks on the Monkey Method shape and core365 courses. Love how there is an assessment at the beginning of each program. Tons of content in the app, I can see myself using this for a long time.

Love this app. I am working on the pull up program. Love that it includes mobility. Love that there is an assessment before you start. This makes it more tailored to what my ability is. There is a video with written instructions for every movement even the simplest of movements. This is key to making this helpful to people at all levels.

The programming is fantastic and tailored to your skill level because they do an assessment before you start each program. The one I’m doing now really focuses on positional strength (lots of isometrics and tempos. I’ve been doing the shape foundation program for 9 weeks and I am so much stronger and more mobile than when I started! The app itself is easy to use and not glitchy at all.
