Phone not jail broken but says it is?
PowerDMS app says it will not working on my phone because it’s jail broken. I don’t know how to do that? Please fix this issue.
App freezes and won’t allow you to sign in.
This Application is inconsistent, it freezes at times and won’t even allow you sign in.
Stopped working
Was working fine up until a week ago. Now every time I try to sign in its says an unexpected error has occurred.
App not working at all
Just downloaded app as my center has switched to it. All it will say is “ Not Supported - Sorry, PowerDMS is not supported on jailbroken devices. In order to keep your data secure while using PowerDMS, you will need to restore the device to factory security settings. - Contact your administrator for more information.” I’m on a brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max…
Not Working
The app hasn’t been working for me for about the last year. Most of my coworkers are having the same issue. Two error messages appear - “the refresh_token was generated for a user who doesn’t exist anymore” and “an unexpected error has occurred. Restart the application and try again.” The app is useless at this point despite still receiving notifications for new documents.
