POWER+FLOW: On Demand

I believe the setup feels more personable than other platforms. It’s a little expensive for an app but honestly it’s worth it and the app stays updated, which to me, shows their intent and dedication to their creation.

Absolutely amazing classes! Kristina has the energy/knowledge and program to get anyone’s heart pounding and excitement going for hours! Amazing app and I recommend it!

If you really like really wanna workout but want to have SO much fun while getting a motivational speech in the midst of catching your breath, honestly look no further. I’ve been watching old videos on Kristina’s channel for months now then found this and i literally don’t think anything could ever top my love for power and flow! I never did a real spin class before these videos and of course its something to work up to, but the more you do it you’ll be surprised how good you get in no time. I have so much fun i forget it’s a workout and the music is top tier! Imma def attend a live class one of these days! I recommend this to so many people it’s not even funny! Love love love thank you for making this!

I am a huge fan of power and flow. I found them in 2021 and I’ve been attached ever since.

Unfortunately, I live across the country which means no live classes for me. In demand is the next best thing and I use it daily. Definitely recommended.

I absolutely love having the option to watch the classes on demand! I literally will turn it on and watch on my laptop while sitting on the couch or while cleaning my house as well. It’s THAT good! One day, I’ll get to Arizona and take a class in person!
