Old school action RPG roguelike with manual combat.
Powerlust is an old school action RPG roguelike with manual combat and a dark atmosphere.
Completely free, no forced ads, no p2w.
Micro transactions are just donations with some cool cosmetic rewards like different camera perspectives (top down, TPP, FPP), camera filters, character customization and the bloodbath mode. There are also some quality of life features like a faster character specialization unlock and a shared item stash.
Made by one guy.
Hobby project made by one guy (me). I spent quite a few years on it already. No huge corporations involved :)
No rigid classes.
You can create your own class, nothing is locked, feel free to play as a fire mage wielding a two handed sword or a necro archer.
Tons of masteries and skills.
There is a vast number of options to choose from when it comes to spells, weapons, abilities and masteries. You can create a ton of builds and constantly find new ways of crushing your enemies!

Review from first hours of gameplay
Would love more story and ability to use more than 1 basic attack
Great indie arpg
I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in ARPGs, whether on mobile or steam. Ads are implemented in an optional and non intrusive way that benefit you generously should you decide to watch them.

What an amazing experience finding this gem on the marketplace.
Awesome & Nostalgic
This game plays a lot like Diablo 2 & baulders gate dark alliance. It’s honestly so much fun. I’ve played about 6 hours so far and haven’t had any issues, no micro purchases are necessary either it’s a true gamers dream. Also, there is an option to donate since it is a passion project which I will be doing because I want more games like this!!
Amazing
Very few games these days are enjoyable focused gaming experiences. They’re all glorified slot machines placed with micro transactions. This game feels like a passionately crafted work of art and is a joy to play.

I don’t know what I was expecting when I got this, but it’s so much better, it has quality, it doesn’t shove micro transactions in your face, and there are no ads forced or otherwise from what I can tell, gameplay is good and story is pretty interesting

I have actually had the opportunity to play this game in the past and I must say for a single developer this game is quite polished! This game has came a long way. So if you are a diehard arpg fan like me and you want to experience someone’s artistic work and passion project along with killing hordes of orcs , undead creatures and oh yes the precious LOOT , then check this little gem out! And to the developer Thanks for a super creative and fun game 😁👍🔥🔥🔥
I Played Through the Story Mode in a Single Day
This game has been steadily improving since I last went through it. The only “flaw” I can see by this point is more of a desire to be able to respec on rare occasion to keep the gameplay more fresh without outright changing characters. Ended up clearing the available story with a Fire/Life build without dying, but there were some tight points. I think the Goblin and Barbarian Kings could use some more ranged and/or mobility options, since I could kite them fairly safely, while the final major boss available is more or less where they need to be.
