Coin problem
Im paying money for coin but I didn’t grt the coin
Disappointed with Coin Purchase on Pratilipi
I recently bought 20 coins to continue reading a novel on Pratilipi, but they didn’t reflect in my account despite a successful transaction. This disrupted my reading experience, and I’m still waiting for a resolution from customer support after providing all necessary details. While the platform is user-friendly with a great selection of novels, this issue and the slow support response have been frustrating. I hope Pratilipi can address such problems more efficiently in the future.
Worst in customer service
I purchased 60 coins by paying 29Rs yet they never credited those coins in my account. Just takes people’s money for free. When I raised the complaint for the same with proper invoice they said that doesn’t guarantee that coins will be credited.
Developers are cheating customers
I was enjoying the stories presented on the app. However, the developers have only a certain section available for free and you need to wait for atleast 24 hours to unlock one chapter/episode or buy a subscription. A third option is to purchase coins to unlock a chapter/episode. I purchased 20 coins, but even 24 hours after the payment being credited, I didn’t receive those coins. I will also write to Apple to look into this and have the app removed from the App Store if such fraudulent practises are frequent.

Please update this app in iphone because it's not work well in iphone and a writer not have edit option in iphone so please update in i phone's
Not able to access premium content even after paying for it
I have paid for 1 month subscription and even after 2 days i am not able to access the premium content. It is very bad experience. If user has paid for service then he/she should get the access to the content.
Can’t purchase coins and subscriptions
