Not at all user friendly. Does not work as advertised. Terrible and frustrating experience each time I attempt to use the app. HATE IT!!!

I've always used this app. And now I don't log into it. Everything works only on the website, but in the app it says "Invalid User Name or Password - Error: m981". Although all the data is correct and it works on the website with the same password and login, it's inconvenient. It was much easier to view information using the app.

What portal do I use as a teacher to login? I tried the admin portal (even the other 2) and couldn’t login.

As a working parent I need an app to be both parent and Sitter friendly. Please add a button for homework that directs us to “TODAY” rather than only being able to select a date. Scrolling is too time consuming. Also having to click on each subject is time consuming. When the sitter doest have access to account- bc billing portion is not private from homework- I need to send screen shots of homework assignments. This app doesn’t allow for that like the website does. I would appreciate if you could incorporate this into the app to have assignments consolidated to a single view for ease of sharing.
