Description

This application is for an academic research study about how random daily messages influence participants' motivation to increase their physical activity. The purpose of this application is to receive messages sent at random times each day that provide motivation to increase physical activity.
When you first open the app, you will be prompted to login with a username give to you by the research team. After login please complete:
1. Allow notifications: You must select "Allow"
2. Always allow location: You must select "Always Allow"
You will begin receiving randomly scheduled messages the next day.
Opening the application presents a home screen. There is no other user-facing functionality aside from receiving messages.
